Top 5 Ways to Maxmize Your Workouts

1. Hydration

Drinking water is undoubtedly the #1 overlooked aspect of maximizing your workouts. Humans are practically made of water. We cannot go more than a few days without it. With that being said water is very important for weightloss. When you are not properly hydrated you are nearly 20% weaker than normal. 20% is a large number. Not only will water make you have stronger and longer lasting workouts, but it also helps bring nutrients from the food you eat into your bloodstream because our blood is around 90% water. This means when you are doing any cardiovascular exercises you won't cramp as easy. It is typically acceptable for a single human to consume 8 glasses of water per day or more. This amount of water will also make you use the restroom and sweat more. That does not sound like it would help, however when you use the restroom and sweat you are riding the body of toxins that could hinder your results, so make sure to drink lots of water!
