This Ivy-league gem of a 4 year, liberal arts college is located in the heart of Chiraq.  Civil Rights Activists to Nobel Prize winners have walked the halls of the U of Chi.  Of the 30,000 applicants only 2,000 are accepted.  In-state applicants will pay a whopping $70,000 a year.  Notable alumnae are Astronomer Carl Sagan and Supreme Court Justice John Paul Stevens.
